Please join the Teaching & Creativity Center at DCC for a panel discussion titled "Academic Dishonesty and Plagiarism". Among the topics to be addressed are:
How do we educate our students about academic dishonesty?
Do we model good practices in academic honesty in our classrooms and offices?
How does the College respond to academic dishonesty?
What is the "real world" perspective on plagiarism and academic dishonesty?
Our panel will include Stasia Callan (ENG/PHL), Nancy O'Donnell (ENG/PHL) and Jim Castor (Senior Editor - Democrat & Chronicle). Bill Dunning (ENG/PHL) will serve as panel discussant and moderator.
