This Saturday April 8 from 10:00-11:30 AM the WISE (Workshops for the Improvement of Science Education) project will hold its second annual poster session in the atrium area (outside the MCC Bookstore) of the R. Thomas Flynn Student Center. About 25-30 high school science teachers who participated in the 2005 WISE summer workshops at MCC will display lab projects, class lessons and educational materials they have created and used. Everyone is invited to stop by and visit with the teachers. Refreshments will be served. The WISE project is supported by funds from the National Science Foundation.
