An MCC adjunct faculty member and an alumna of the college were two of the honorees yesterday at the 15th annual Rochester Business Journal Forty Under 40 Awards. The Award recognizes professionals younger than 40 years of age for service in their jobs and in the community. Among the recipients were Kara L. Painting, managing partner and creative director at Dixon Schwabl Advertising, who teaches Graphic Design as an adjunct faculty member in the Visual and Performing Arts Department and Jennifer Martlew, a senior audit manager for Insero & Co. CPAs, who graduated from MCC with an A.S. in Business Administration. The event was opened by another MCC alumnus, Mayor Robert Duffy.
