The Week Ahead

The office of Student Life & Leadership Development presents the following events for next week (please share with students):

Kristallnacht Commemoration

  • Monday, November 7th through Friday, November 11th, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Campus Center Terrace
    Join the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project for the 31st Annual Kristallnacht Commemoration. Come to learn about Kristallnacht and the impact of its history on contemporary issues. Student artwork representing Kristallnacht will be displayed all week with varying photos to express the theme of each day.

Snack and Chat

  • Monday, November 7th, 12:00- 1:00 pm, Campus Center Terrace
    ​​​​​​​Come and learn what your Student Government can do for you! And enjoy snacks while you learn and meet new people!

Career Exploration

  • Tuesday, November 8th, 12:00- 1:00 pm, Bldg. 3-139 A
    Join Career Services and The Office of Student Life and Leadership Development to come and discover what career path is best for you! Refreshments will be available. Register online for the Career Exploration presentation.     

Election Watch Party

  • Tuesday, November 8th, 7:30 pm, Forum (3-130)
    Join Student Government Association to watch the 2022 midterm election results live with friends! Prizes, games, and food will be available!

Tihar After Party

  • Thursday, November 10th, 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Forum (3-130)
    Join the Nepali Student Association for the Festival of Light and Tihar After Party. Listen and dance to Hindu/Nepali music, meet students from different cultural backgrounds and enjoy traditional Nepali food!
