We finished our third 5-day seminar Leading Reflective Practice Groups: an Institute for K-12 and Higher Education Faculty and Staff last week! These intrepid folks engaged in 40-hours of intensive professional development about facilitating collegial conversations to promote educational equity during January and June.

Kudos to our newest Reflective Practice Group coaches:

  • Elina Belyablya (IR)
  • Katie Ghidiu (Library)
  • Tracey Graney (Biology)
  • Susan Hall (Assessment)
  • Bill Horton (ATC)
  • Terry Shamblin (ESOL/TRS)
  • Ben Schermerhorn (Physics and Engineering)
  • Eleni Duret (Warner School of Education)
  • Breana Eng (School of the Arts)
  • Lisa Hiley (Nazareth College)
  • Rupert Johnson (Nazareth College)
  • April Luehmann (Warner School of Education)

Special recognition and kudos go to veteran RPG coaches, Anjali Parasnis-Samar (Library) and Cari Rosario-Mathieu (Nursing) for their incredible work in co-planning and co-facilitating the seminar with Gena Merliss (TCC).

Attached photo shows all of the participants from last week's seminar outside of the Library.
