The New York State Department of Transportation is advising motorists that Joseph Avenue, in the northbound direction, will be closed to traffic for up to two weeks beginning Tuesday, November 3.
A detour will direct motorists to use N. Clinton Avenue during this time.
The closure is necessary for continued strengthening of the railroad bridges as part of the Rochester Station project.
