The Wellness Team is sponsoring an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness practices on Wednesdays from noon-1 pm in Building 9 Room 132. Basic meditation instruction will be given with the opportunity to sit and practice in a quiet and welcoming environment. Free to students, faculty and staff.

In addition, on Wednesday, March 13 at noon, the Wellness Team will be offering a special professional development opportunity for employees to experience a relaxing meditation with Wendy Sullivan, LSW, in Warshof Conference Center, Flynn Campus Center-Monroe B. Feel free to stop in to learn and participate.  You are welcome to bring a blanket or mat for comfort.
