An article on online student retention, co-authored by Dr. Kathleen Moore, formerly of the MCC Institutional Research office and now Assistant Provost at the University of Rochester, Dr. Jeff Bartkovich, Vice President ETS, Marie Fetzner, Assistant to the VP, ETS/Banner Project Manager and Sherrill Ison, Director, Institutional Research, has been published. "Success in Cyberspace: Student Retention in Online Courses" appears in the Journal of Applied Research in the Community College (JARCC), Volume 10, Number 2, pages 107-118. The article is based upon data gathered from the MCC online student retention survey.
