MCC presented two $2000 scholarships ($500 per semester) at the IBERO-American Action League, Inc.’s 14th Annual Gala and Scholarship Awards banquet held on Saturday, June 13th at the Hyatt Regency. The MCC scholarship winners are José Robles (Liberal Arts & Sciences A.S.) and Nichole Serrano (2+2 Nursing St. John Fisher College). This is the second year MCC has awarded these scholarships.
Representing MCC were Tony Felicetti - Associate Vice President, Academic Services and Enrollment Management, Mary Méndez Rizzo – Admissions Counselor, Joan Moorehead – Admissions Counselor, Vilma Morrow – Assistant Director, Student Services- Damon City Campus, and Jorge Alas - Assistant Professor, Foreign Language Dept.
