Having a problem sending R&R a Green Slip?

There has been a change in the greenslip email box in Registration & Records. For many years, faculty send us Greenslips via email. We love it.

Some brainy computer person made a change to the system we use. Thank you brainy person! However, now if you have ever sent us a greenslip via Greenslips@monreocc.edu - your Outlook system remembers the old link. And then the darn greenslip is sent back to you as an error. Then you email me and ask why the email is no longer working.

I had to ask the brainy computer people how to solve this ongoing problem. The answer is easy. You need to clear that old email address from your email memory. Then when you send it the next time, the system will remember the new and improved location. The email address is exactly the same! It apparently has some secret, behind the scene differences that we, mere mortals, cannot see. Trust me on this. Do what I say and it will work.

I have enclosed directions - with pictures - for your convenience. Thanks to Jacques Plumart for supplying me with this solution. He is the brainy computer guy in my office!
