Amnesty - Cyber Security Awareness Training - Second Chance

If your password is expiring every seven days, and you are unable to login to KnowBe4 to complete your past due cyber security awareness training, this offer is for you.

Normally, for adjuncts and other employees who are not full-time, KnowBe4 training is only accessible when you have an active job assignment in Banner. 

However, from January 13 through January 27, we are temporarily activating KnowBe4 access to offer a second chance for those who have been unable to complete their training and get out of the seven day password group.  

The secure link to KnowBe4 to access and finish your training can be found at myMCC > Employees > Technology Help in the Technology Links Channel. When you login, the training should appear on the MyTraining page: To complete the training, click on the button that says “Complete Training” towards the bottom of the screen.  Once your training is complete, you should get a confetti screen that says:  “You have completed all of your training!  Keep an eye on your inbox for upcoming assignments.

KnowBe4 will also send an email with the subject: “Thank you for completing your cybersecurity awareness training” to indicate that you are done with that module.

Once you have completed all your assigned training courses, your password expiration will be reset back to normal within 2 business days.
