2009/2010 Catalog Corrections and Updates are Due March 1st


Please take the time to carefully review the 2009-2010 Catalog to identify specific additions, deletions, or corrections for Programs of Study, Course Descriptions, and College Personnel Sections that do not require formal submission through the governance process.

For Academic Information/Programs of Study/Course Descriptions (Catalog pages 74-214):  Allowable corrections and updates are limited to spelling, punctuation, phone number, and corrections of errors or misprints in the Degree Programs, Course Descriptions or Program Accreditation information.

For Trustees/College Personnel (Catalog pages 264-292):  Allowable corrections and updates include additions or deletions such as: name, position title, rank, or degree awarded.  

The Curriculum Office process for Catalog change procedures is user-friendly and transparent.  Using the new Catalog Change form in the Curriculum Database will include chair/dept and supervisor/dean in the process, inform the HR office, and maintain the information in the Curriculum Database for easy access by faculty, staff and administrators.  The deadline for submissions is March 1st.

To create a proposal, go to: <

Click on Create Proposals and select Catalog Change.
