Technology Ticketing Support System Update

The MCC technology ticketing support system (iSupport) will be updated on Friday, April 26th, starting at 1:00 pm. The system will be unavailable for the remainder of Friday afternoon. The help desk will be available to assist with support calls, but will no be able to view/update/add new tickets into the system.

For Technical Support, call 585-292-TECH (8324) from off campus or TECH (8324) from on campus.
