"Enlighten Hospitality - A Customer Approach to Business" Presentation!


Next Friday, March 23 at 12 noon in the Warshof Conference Center, Flynn Campus Center (Monroe B), Richard Coraine will speak on the topic:  "Enlighten Hospitality - A Customer Approach to Business." 

Richard is the Chief Operations Officer for Union Square Hospitality Group, which operates award-winning restaurants Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, Eleven Madison Park, Tabla, Blue Smoke and Jazz Standard, The Shake Shack and the restaurants at the newly renovated and expanded MoMA: The Modern, Cafe 2 and Terrace 5. Richard joined Union Square Hospitality Group in 1996 after spending five years in San Francisco as the General Manager of Postrio and the partner and co-founder of Hawthorne Lane, which he opened in 1995.  Richard is a Baltimore native, a graduate of the New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business, and holds an AOS in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.
