TCC: Spotlight on One-on-one Consulations

Has your teaching plateaued and you are looking for a way to re-engage? Do you ever wish you had someone outside of your department to help you think through a dilemma in teaching?

Faculty are invited to meet with a non-evaluative consultant for support in course design and teaching dilemmas. Consultants are trained to help you better understand your assumptions and provide an outside perspective. Consultants do not come in to "fix" anything, but work with you as a supportive colleague to help improve teaching practice for the benefit of your students.

Consultants can also observe classes and/or collect anonymous feedback from students during the semester.
