Why is my network password expiring so often?

THANK YOU to all who have completed 2018-19 Cybersecurity Awareness Training!

The deadline is here for those who have not.

As of today, Wednesday May 1, Network ID passwords will expire every seven days for anyone who has not completed training.

After your account password has expired, you will be required to change your password on a weekly basis until you have completed cybersecurity training. When you have completed your training, email your "Certificate of Completion" to HELPDESK@monroecc.edu. Once Technology Support receives your email, they will reinstate your password expiration to MCC's standard policy.

For help, call Technology Support at 292-8324 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:45pm Monday- Friday.
