DWIGHT Earns Inspection Grade of A

Last week, Sheila Williams, Capacity and Compliance Specialist with Foodlink visited DWIGHT.

DWIGHT is MCC’s Food Pantry (Doing What is Good and Healthy Together) located in Building 3, Room 125.

DWIGHT operates on a Client Choice distribution model. Food is set up by food groups inside the pantry allowing clients to select their food as they walk through. Student Ambassadors may help guide clients through their choices. Sheila Williams completed a full observation and inspection and noted how clean and organized the pantry is. DWIGHT earned an inspection grade of an A.

DWIGHT was established to support students in need of food and additional resources.  All students are welcomed. No appointments necessary. It is opened Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm.  DWIGHT has additional locations at the Downtown Campus and in Residential Life.
