How to Find an Online Course!

Welcome back everyone and best wishes for 2011 from the Office of Online Learning! In order to better assist students as they are register for online courses I thought you might like some tips on how to find these courses! The MCC web pages have been updated and there are several places students can access to see what is being offered online, and to learn how to log into their courses. Here are a few ways to direct students to the online course listings:

1) Go to: <"https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/distlearn/CourseList.htm">

2) On the MCC Homepage go to the Prospective Student page, click on “Academics” then on “Online Options ‘ on the side of the page.

3) Go to the A-Z index, to the “O’s”, to “Online Learning” or “Online Courses” To actually log into the course, students should go to the “A-Z” index, then to the ”A’s”, to “Angel Login”

For more detailed information, I have attached the letter students receive when they register for an online course. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at: <"mailto:pvankirk@monroecc.edu"> or phone 292-3441.

Have a wonderful semester!
