MCC swimmer Kazuma Uda was named the Region III Male Athlete of the Week after setting a school and regional record in the 400 Individual Medley at the Jamestown Invitational at Cortland on Saturday, Nov. 19.
Uda finished the event in 4:13.64, almost a full 13 seconds ahead of the next competitor. He also won the 200-yard breaststroke (2:15.37) and the 200 IM (1:58.67).
