The 2007 collaborative Job Fair held on March 21 at the Damon City Campus was a great success! Over 800 students and 80 employers attended the third annual collaborative effort from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m on the 4th and 5th floors of the Sibley building. Each year the event is hosted by Action for a Better Community Inc., Department of Labor, Damon City Campus of MCC and the Urban League of Rochester. Employers were available to share information on food service, health, education, finance, clerical, customer service, law enforcement, sales, manufacturing and production opportunities. DCC faculty and staff also participated by setting up information areas for Education, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Service Learning and Business programs.
