On Thursday, March 3, 2016, the procedure to log in to MCC’s Banner Self Service will change. Currently you use your MCC Employee ID, commonly referred to as “M-number” and your Banner PIN to gain access to Banner Self Service. The new procedure will require you to enter your MCC Network Account Username and MCC Network Password. Your MCC Network Account Username is the same as your email account name without “@monroecc.edu” at the end (e.g., aemployee1). Your MCC Network Password is the same as the password used to log in to myMCC and MCC email.
This change will also affect the password you enter when you submit your timesheet. You will no longer use your Banner PIN but will now use your MCC Network password when prompted.
It is highly recommended that you use the myMCC Portal, which will give you single sign-on access to many of the systems used at MCC. Once you log in to myMCC, you can easily access your Employee Records, Employee Email, Blackboard, etc. without reentering your username or password.
