Ad Astra Upgrade

The Ad Astra scheduling tool used by the college to reserve space on campus is scheduled for an upgrade. The upgrade is necessary to fix a bug that is prohibiting automatic provisioning.

The system will be down on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 starting at 4 pm. We anticipate the system will be down for approximately two hours. We ask that you plan accordingly. Per MCC COVID restrictions, requests for the 2021 Summer and Fall semesters, on campus internal events are suspended pending review and implementation of the MCC, SUNY, and the  Governor's Higher Education Summary Guidelines.

If you have a need for a webinar request, please submit your request prior to the upgrade. If you have a question regarding the Brighton Campus, High Falls A or B, or ATC during the upgrade, please call a Campus Events representative at ext. 2010 or email both Yolanda Johnson at yjohnson@monroecc.edu and Sauntevia Major at smajor@monroecc.edu.
