The mission of the Visiting Scholar Series is to provide students with educationally purposeful programs that build a collaborative, intellectual and engaging environment. The scholars are drawn from a variety of academic disciplines and we are currently looking for proposals.
The collaborative effort between the Office of Student Life and Academic departments has given students an opportunity to meet and learn from many renowned speakers, such as Dr. Jared Diamond, Roméo Dallaire, Dr. Brian Greene, Ann Patchett, Mary Oliver, Dr. Martin Seligman, and Amy Tan.
