Eileen Wirley Chairs SUNY Council of CIOs

On June 16, 2020, Eileen Wirley transitioned from a two-year term as Vice Chair to a two-year term as Chair of the SUNY Council of Chief Information Officers (CCIO). Eileen has been the Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at MCC since April 2016.

The SUNY Council of CIOs is a professional organization that was founded in 2001 as a collaborative opportunity for IT leadership at State University of New York (SUNY) campuses to exchange ideas, promote innovation and creativity, and to provide an influential contribution to improving the 64 campuses and SUNY. Its collective membership possesses hundreds of years of experience with technology leadership in higher education. By working together towards common goals, members have opportunities to achieve much more than any single campus could on their own.
