<p>In Fall 2019 and Spring 2020, 10 institutions participated in a research study comparing student outcomes on <a href="https://online.league.org/leaguessa/ecmssamsganalytics.click_through?p_mail_id=E32284A5451429B1C114643">Packback</a> discussion to outcomes found with traditional Learning Management System discussion. </p>
<p>In April 2020, Packback released the findings of that study in <a href="https://online.league.org/leaguessa/ecmssamsganalytics.click_through?p_mail_id=E32284A5451429B1C114644">Impact of Online Discussion Platform and Pedagogy on Student Outcomes</a>. Among the findings from the study, institutions reported increased levels of student engagement, vastly improved discussion rigor, improved final grade outcomes, and high rates of student and faculty satisfaction.</p>
