MCC Ethics Hotline

Monroe Community College values a safe and ethical workplace, and that we are compliant with all applicable regulations.  To this end, the College, MCC Association, and MCC Foundation provide all employees with a confidential reporting system, MCC Ethics Hotline.  Employees may report activities that may involve unethical, illegal, or inappropriate activities in violation of MCC's policies, procedures, contractual obligations, or the law.

The College recently changed vendors to Lighthouse (https://www.lighthouse-services.com) for managing the hotline.  To report a concern about behavior you have witnessed or heard about via MCC Ethics Hotline, call (833) 222-4153 (English) or (800) 216-1388 (Spanish) to speak with a Lightshouse customer service representative.  You may also report online at www.lighthouse-services.com/monroecc.

The College first encourages reporting concerns through the normal lines of communication by directly contacting appropriate members of the college management team.  This is often the best option for discussing concerns.  However, if you've tried this option, believe internal communications might be inappropriate, or want to report anonymously, you can report via the MCC Ethics Hotline.

A designated committee reviews and responds, in a timely and appropriate manner, to questions, allegations, and suggestions through all communication methods including those submitted through the MCC Ethics Hotline.
