2023 Honors Convocation Assembling Instructions

Honors Convocation will take place on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 3:00 pm in the MCC Theatre. Below you will find the assembly instructions. If you have any questions, please contact Tiffany Sanders at (585) 292-3397.

Time: All faculty and professional staff should gather by 2:30 pm.

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm.

Locations: 

  • Faculty & professional staff will gather in room 5-100
  • The Board of Trustees, President, Vice Presidents, & Deans will gather in room 12-113
  • Student Honorees will gather in room 12-111
  • Faculty Marshals will gather in room 12-109

Attire: Academic Regalia

Reception: There will be a reception in the North Atrium immediately following the ceremony.
