Attn Faculty & Staff: Help Us Find Our Students' Stories

The Marketing & Web team is working on a social media initiative that will highlight the diverse stories of our students -- students who have begun right out of high school, the ones who've worked a few years, have changed direction, are overcoming challenges or are extremely motivated. Maybe you know a student with small kids and big dreams -- a student who wants to be an example for a little sister or made a promise to their dad. Maybe there's a student who worked overnights to afford a computer -- or one who's just a joy to have in class. If you know a student who has a story that you think would resonate with others, please pass their name and contact info (email and phone #) along to me at: jekis@monroecc.edu. We'll be happy to do the rest.

And while it's not necessary, if you'd like to share a sentence or two about WHY we should highlight this student, that would be great too. We are hoping to begin this series within the next few weeks. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thanks so much for your help.
