John J. Trevisan Co-Curricular Student Leadership Award
In recognition of the commitment made to the development of student leaders by John J. Trevisan, past director of MCC Student Activities, an annual Co-Curricular Student Leadership Award has been established in his name and awarded annually at the Student Awards Banquet in May. The award is presented to two students, one from the Brighton Campus and one from the Damon Campus, who best exemplify leadership qualities through their involvement in the co-curricular program.
If you would like to nominate a student for the John J. Trevisan Award, complete the attached nomination form and submit it to the Brighton Campus Office of Student Life & Leadership Development (3-126) or the Damon Campus Center Office (5-251) no later than Friday, April 11, 2014.
All Nominations must be typed.
The individuals selected will be recognized on May 16, 2014 at the Student Awards Co-Curricular Banquet and presented with a plaque and $200 cash.
