Diversity Quilt Unveiling at the ATC

On Wednesday afternoon, the Diversity Quilt Committee unveiled their final quilt to the College by presenting it to the staff and students of the ATC. As always the quilt is a masterful piece of art that will hang with pride for many years to come. We would like to thank the quilters and facilities for creating a beautiful frame. If you get a chance please stop by the Applied Technologies Center to view this work, and if you have never taken the time to see each quilt, make sure when you visit either the Brighton Campus, Damon City Campus, ATC and the Public Safety Training Center to enjoy and appreciate the hundreds, probably thousands of hours that they have participated in to create these symbolic quilts. We thank them for their time, their gift and the treasures they have created for the college community. See attached photo for folks who were involved in bringing this gift to the college and to see part of the quilt.
