Attendance due by September 19th

Attendance is due by September 19th for courses that have begun for Fall 2022. 

*Note: This is a separate process from weekly Starfish attendance, and is used in reporting for Financial Aid purposes. 

Instructions: 

How to Enter Attendance in Banner: 

  • Go to MyMCC and select the Employee profile. 
  • Login using your MCC email address and your account password
  • Select the Banner tile. 
  • Select the B8 (Banner) Self Service Tile 
  • Select the Faculty Services tab 
  • Select Attendance, Withdrawal & Final Grades. 
  • Click Attendance, Withdrawal, and Final Grades.
  • Select the correct term and click Submit. 
  • Select the correct section and click Submit. 
  • Under the Attend Hours put the correct code for every student in your class: 

                   o 1 if the student has attended the class 

                   o 0 if the student has never attended your class 

  •  At the bottom of the form, click Submit. 
  •  At this point go back to close the form and then go back into it, to make sure you submitted it successfully and there's a number in the column for every student.
