Employee Networks, Resource & Affinity Groups can be a beneficial resource to an organization if they are formed for an appropriate reason and convened for the mutual success of the group and the company. For instance, they can become:
Resources for the employees they represent
A voice to surface issue for improvement
A means of networking with people of the same diversity dimension
A source for coaching and mentoring
A means of connecting to a diverse consumer base or as a tool for attracting and maintaining talent
