Fall Semester Greetings from the Middle States Self-Study

WHERE ARE WE IN THE PROCESS?
MCC’s Self-Study Design has been approved by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and currently the study teams are researching the College’s compliance with the Commission’s fourteen standards or Characteristics of Excellence.  In an effort to be respectful of the time of all members of the College community and to alleviate any confusion that could be caused by multiple requests, the Steering Committee asks that all information requests on behalf of Middle States be directed through Kristen Love (klove8@monroecc.edu).

WHO IS ON THE STUDY TEAMS?
Study Teams are composed of a mix of faculty, staff, and administrators. Emphasis is on an inclusive approach, encouraging wide participation from across the College to better ensure “broad institutional perspective” that would “represent the total campus community” through a “broad range of constituencies within the institution” (Self-Study, pp. 14, 16). The Steering Committee extends its deepest appreciation for the enormous efforts and commitment made by all members of the study teams.  Please click on the attachment to meet the members of our Middle States study teams.
