Join the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project who is partnering with Community Non-Profit Water for South Sudan for a conversation with Salva Dut, MCC Alumni and Founder of Water for South Sudan, Inc. and Linda Sue Park, Author of A Long Walk to Water. Q & A to follow conversation!

Career Exploration

  • Tuesday, September 13th, 12:00 pm- 1:00 pm, Bldg. 3-139A

Career Exploration is learning about various occupations and their "fit" with your unique and individual preferences. What are you curious about? What are the skills, interests, and values you want satisfied by your career? How can you get involved at MCC? Join us to learn about “wayfinding” tools to help you move forward in designing your academic and career paths.

This LEAD Certificate eligible presentation is offered in collaboration with the Office of Student Life and Leadership Development, Admissions Office, and Career and Education to Employment Services.

Constitution Day

Join Student Government Association to celebrate Constitution Day! Since Constitution Day, September 17th, falls on a Saturday this year, the Student Government Association will celebrate it during the Student Life Fair.  Stop at their table to test your knowledge of our Constitution and win prizes!!

Food Drive in Celebration of President Dr. DeAnna R. Burt-Nanna’s Inauguration

  • September 8th, 2022 through September 21st, 2022

The Monroe Community College student leaders are collecting food for the food cupboards in celebration of Dr. DeAnna R. Burt-Nanna’s installation. The locations of food boxes are Trib411, Bldg.1-2nd floor, Downtown Campus-2nd floor Student Service Suite, Athletics Building 10-134, Student Life and Leadership Office Building 3-126, and the Applied Tech Center. The collection will begin on September 8th, 2022, and through September 21st, 2022. Please let us know if you have contributed to this monumental celebration by going to transform@monroecc.edu.

CampusROC's College Fest

CollegeFEST, CampusROC’s annual celebration for new and returning college students, is back for year number two! High school seniors, college students, and recent graduates are invited to kick off the fall semester on September 17, 2022 at Innovation Square.

Experience the best five hours in Greater Rochester by enjoying live music, lawn games, raffles, internship and job opportunities, workshops, and a jam-packed day of fun activities.

No Admission Fee, but registration is Required! Register for CollegeFest 2022 online.
