Allison Bebee of Greece has been named the new student member on the MCC Board of Trustees. She serves as a full voting member.

Bebee is studying engineering science and plans to attend Rochester Institute of Technology to pursue a bachelor’s degree in packaging science. She was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa honor society during the spring ceremony.

Last year, Bebee served as an inter-campus liaison for the Student Association between Brighton and Damon campuses.

She is committed to the community and has been active with the Open Door Mission, Ronald McDonald House and has traveled with her church group as a missionary to Costa Rica and Guatemala.

Bebee will be a resident assistant when the Alice Holloway Young Commons, MCC’s first residence halls, open this fall. Her duties will entail making sure the rules and policies are followed, maintaining a safe environment and promoting harmony among the residents.
