Student Services at the Downtown Campus

The Student Services Center (formerly known as the Student Engagement Center) at the Downtown Campus is located on the 3rd floor, suite 310. Hours of operation are 8:45am to 4:45pm Monday through Thursday, and from 8:45am - 1:00pm on Fridays. The main number is (585) 685-6002 and the email is studentservices@monroecc.edu.

All student services are available and a Student Services Administrator-in-Charge (AIC) will be on-campus daily.  For the remainder of the fall semester the schedule is as follows (may be subject to change):

Acting VP, Dr. Kim McKinsey-Mabry--October 27; November 3, 8, 15, 22; December 1, 8, 15

AVP, Christine Casalinuovo-Adams--October 26; November 4, 9, 16; December 2, 6, 14, 20

AVP, Dr. John Delete--November 2, 10, 17, 22, 30; December 7, 16, 21

Assistant to the VP and Ombudsman, Ryan Messenger--October 28; November 1, 18, 24, 29; December 9, 13, 22

Please feel free to stop by, no appointment is necessary. 

Trader Joe's Tuesdays will be offered Downtown (2nd floor atrium, beginning at 10:30am every other Tuesday) Nov 2, 16, 30 and Dec 14.  All students are eligible to participate. Please encourage students to stop by and pick up some free Trader Joe's groceries.

The Downtown Campus Store, located on the first floor is open Monday - Thursday 9:00am-2:00pm. The Campus Store offers school supplies, small electronic accessories (headphones/chargers), MCC apparel, movie tickets, postage stamps, RTS bus passes, Dreamkeepers express gift cards, as well as photo ID service.  Candy, snacks, beverages, and fresh food delivered daily is also available. Students are able to use a Financial Aid Meal Plan on food items.
