Javas
Javas Coffee Bar will delight patrons in the new South Lounge entranceway in Building 3 with an exciting array of coffees, teas, pastries and other traditional coffee-bar fare. Many of our students are already familiar with the well-known Javas at their Gibb's Street location, and Mike Calabrese, manager of Javas, promises patrons more of the same fine service and ambiance!
Simply Crepes
Simple Crepes Cafe of Pittsford's Schoen Place will also be coming to MCC and will be located at our former Books and Bytes location outside the Library in the spine of Building 11. Pierre Herroux and his wife, Karen, are well-known entrepreneurs in the Rochester area and also happen to be MCC alumni. This eatery will provide breakfast, lunch and dessert crepes that will be sure to please even the most particular taste buds!
Both of these dining services will be available from early morning through the afternoon, based on test-marketing done during the first few weeks of business. Specific hours will be posted at each site. Please be sure to patronize these dining establishments and welcome them to MCC!
