Mary Ann M. DeMario Attends National Convening Hosted by the Aspen Institute

On September 11-13, Mary Ann Matta DeMario, Ph.D. (Institutional Research) attended the second convening of the "Aspen Postsecondary Achievement for Parents Initiative." The goal of the initiative is to increase the completion rates of postsecondary students who are parents.

The convening was held outside San Francisco at the Omidyar Network, a philanthropic investment firm founded by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar. The centerpiece of the three-day meeting was a Design Lab that included Parent Advisors, a broader group of experts, researchers, close partners, and funders in the field of postsecondary education.
