Congratulations to MCC Student Culinary Clash Winners

MCC Hospitality Management students teamed up with local Senior Living Facility Chefs for an Apprentice Cook-off to support the Alzheimer's Association on Thursday, May 9th at the Hyatt Regency Downtown.

The paired teams were judged by local celebrities for a "Top Chef Award" and by gala guests for a "People's Choice Award."

The Top Chef Award was awarded to Highlands of Pittsford Chef Mark Alberghini and MCC students Nicole Ellis, John Owen, and Yiyi Win.

The People's Choice Award was awarded to Jewish Senior Life Chef Debbi Maruke and MCC student Marco Murcia

The winning students each receive a $500 scholarship!
