MCC will host the ITC Audioconference entitled "Instructional Blogging: Extending Learning Beyond the Classroom" scheduled for Tuesday, January 24 from 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. in the Board Room. Presenter Stuart Glogoff, Senior Consultant of Learning Technologies at the University of Arizona, will highlight how instructors and faculty have incorporated instructional blogging in courses at the University of Arizona. He will focus on how blogs support peer review, extend learning outside of the classroom, discuss course readings, address course issues, incorporate visual with text, and promote community. In addition, he will report on how blogs are being used within the colleges and by administrative units as recruiting tools.
