Police Accountability Boards: A Panel Discussion and Community Forum

The Monroe County Bar Association, the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys, the Rochester Black Bar Association, the Lawyers Coalition for Racial and Social Justice, and the Politicos, MCC's political science club, are co-sponsoring a panel discussion and community forum on the proposed Civilian Accountability Board to oversee the Rochester Police Department. The event will take place at MCC's Downtown Campus on Tuesday, November 13th, from 530pm-730pm, in High Falls A/B. See the attached flyer for more information, including the moderator and list of panelists.

This event will provide an opportunity for attendees to learn about the pros and cons of the proposed Civilian Accountability Board to oversee the Rochester Police Department. This will be of interest to students and faculty studying and teaching law or criminal justice, and those individuals interested in participating in important discussions about community issues.
