Ask Tech Support
The Employee Technology Help Desk would like to welcome faculty and staff back for the 2015-2016 school year! We want to remind employees that there are two ways to submit a technology request: call us at 292-TECH or put in a ticket through the myMCC Tech tab.
In case you missed it, there were a few changes over the summer that may impact you.
* Print Servers
CNS has completed the transition to new print servers. If you have a print queue that is hosted on one of the old servers, you will be unable to print. Reference this Tribune article <

> from July 6 for more information. For assistance, call us. We can help you add the correct printer queue remotely.
* Wireless
The MCC-WLAN Wi-Fi connection has been replaced by MCCGuest. If you relied on MCC-WLAN in the past, now is the time to switch your devices over to MCC-Crypto. Click the appropriate link below for instructions on connecting.

* Google Chrome and Java Support
As of this month, Google Chrome no longer supports Java. If you use Banner INB or any other applications that rely on Java, you will need to switch to Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Check the Tribune every week for technology-related tips and FAQ’s!
