The MCC Board of Trustees took the following actions at yesterday’s board meeting:
1. Accepted the interim financial report as of July 31, 2010.
2. Authorized the purchase of items over $10,000 for the month of July 2010.
3. Authorized an agreement between MCC and the MCC Association which fully reimburses the MCC Association for all costs associated with its proposed purchase of 2590 Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road and authorized a lease from the MCC Association to Monroe County as trustee for Monroe Community College.
4. Approved the promotion of Andrew Latta from Specialist II to Specialist I.
5. Conducted an executive session pursuant to Public Officers Law Section105, subsection h.
The board also heard presentations regarding MCC's civility initiatives and the MCC Association budget.
