Changing of the Month, Changing of Our Menu at Food For Thought!


In addition to our Freshly Ground Burgers, House-made Chicken Fingers, Lentil & Quinoa Veggie Burger, Turkey BLT Panini, and Breakfast Sandwich, we will now be offering Vegetarian Minestrone Soup, Baked Potato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Provolone, Swiss, Roasted Red Peppers & Spinach, Pasta Carbonara, Spinach Salad w/Warm Bacon Dressing, Brick-oven Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Vegetarian Pizza, Chicken Marsala, and Carrot Cake With Nuts.   We specialize in house-made, local food. We bake our own breads, grind our own meat, make our own soups from scratch, and use fresh chicken breast for our chicken tenders and chicken entrees.  We are open Monday – Thursday from 11:30am – 1:15pm and are located in the Brighton Campus R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, building 3, room 146.
