The spring 2011 issue of the NYSAC News magazine includes an opinion piece by John Perrone, director of the Homeland Security Management Institute. The essay focused on the critical role that community colleges play in homeland security.
NYSAC News is the official publication of the New York State Association of Counties, a bipartisan municipal association serving the 57 counties of New York state and the City of New York. NYSAC’s mission is to represent, educate and advocate for member counties at the federal and state levels.
