Voicemail Message Light

For a brief period of time on Wednesday, April 6, the service that updates your voicemail message light on your Cisco desktop phone went down. That service is now available again. If you received any voicemails during that timeframe, there will be no indication on your phone. Conversely, if you listened to your voicemails during that timeframe, your indicator light will still be on.   We recommend that you check your voicemail to see if there are any messages.

If your light is on and you have no messages, you will want to turn off the light. Recommended action to turn off your light:

1 - With the handset left on hook, enter 7399 on your keypad.
2 - Press the “dial” button of the left corner of the screen.
