Marla Dinkle,Charlene Linzy, Ashleigh Mallory and Kim Nixon Graduated from AALDP

Marla Dinkle, Academic Services, Charlene Linzy, CSTEP, Ashleigh Mallory, Controller's Office and Kim Nixon, Student Services, Downtown Campus were honored recently as members of the 25th graduating class of United Way of Greater Rochester's African American Leadership Development Program (AALDP) at the Double Tree Hotel in Rochester. AALDP is a unique development program that identifies, trains, and promotes the placement of African Americans in policy-making positions at community organizations in the Greater Rochester area. The program aims to increase the number and broaden the participation of African Americans in leadership roles in the Greater Rochester community. Since 1992, the African American Leadership Development Program has been positively impacting our community and strengthening Rochester's workforce.
