Visit the Newest Hot Spot on the Brighton Campus!


Beginning Monday, July 14, the Food Xpress area in the Campus Center's Marketplace (2nd floor, Building 3) will be open from 7:30 am until 2 pm for the remainder of the summer months. This will replace the "Skyway Café" service facility located in the Atrium of Building 12.

Menu and services available at the Food Express will include:

Beverages:

A wide variety of coffees including straight and flavored blends, cappuccino drinks along with hot chocolate and teas, bottled beverages including water, Snapple, and Tropicana juices, and Pepsi fountain beverages will all be available at this location.

Baked Goods:

A wide variety of breakfast baked goods (muffins, danishes, cinnamon rolls, scones, and bagels) will be available to start your morning off right.  Of course we will have Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies to satisfy the mid day sweet tooth.

Breakfast Foods (7:30-10:30 am):

Our breakfast grille will feature a variety of made-to-order breakfast entrees including eggs any style, omelets, pancakes, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, and accompaniments such as home fries, bacon, sausage, etc....

Deli Sandwiches (10:30 am-2 pm):

Our deli standards along with the ever popular wraps, sub sandwiches etc.

Lunch Grille (10:30 am-1:30 pm):

Our lunch grille will feature: Gourmet Burger Creations, quarter pound hamburgers, marinated chicken breast sandwiches, grill wraps, quesadillas, vegetarian options, chicken tender baskets, fries, onion rings, daily specials and more.

Other options will include selections as snacks, soups, chili, hots, feature items such as Wings on Wednesday and Fresh Fish Fry on Fridays.

We believe everyone will enjoy the new and enhanced variety of foods and the lovely new dining area and hope you will take the opportunity to check us out.
