The American Association of Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) is interested in learning how they can meet the needs of women, through a national conversation called the “Day of Dialogue” during Women’s History Month.
Join our distinguished panel of MCC colleagues on March 4th at the Brighton Campus Forum (3-130) and March 5th at the DCC Community Room (Rm. 4193) from noon – 1pm to hear their reactions to the national discussion question: What issues and opportunities are women facing today in education and employment?
Guest Panelists include: President Kress, Kiersten Dodson: President Engineering Leadership Council, Deb Dwyer: Assistant Director of Public Safety, Joann Santos: Director STEM, and Shelitha Williams: Director of Student Engagement DCC, *NOTE: Not all panel members will be able to participate both dates.
A reception sponsored by AAWCC and The Diversity Council, will following the program from 1 – 1:30pm. YOUR dialogue will be documented and contributed to the National Discussion to be reviewed by the AAWCC National Board in San Antonio, Texas in April 2015!
