Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Information Security Program

In compliance with United States Department of Education Title IV requirements to safeguard customer records and information, MCC has developed the attached GLBA Information Security Program (Program) which outlines MCC's Standards for Information Security. These Standards are intended to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer records and information.

Please read the Program to understand MCC's Standards of Information Security and the role employees play in safeguarding customer records and information. The Program can also be found by accessing myMCC web portal. Go to the Employee Essentials tab and click on Information Security found in Online Forms and Documents.

The Program was developed by Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Compliance Team members: Karen Chin, Dolores Pasto-Ziobro, Donna Pogroszewski, April Spring-Buckley, Jerome St. Croix, Taine Vinci and Eileen Wirley and includes input from several offices across the College.
